REPORTING Director of Operations
The Senior Relocation Consultant serves as the single point of coordination and responsibility to manage an active caseload of various Client’s relocating employees and assignees, exhibiting a thorough understanding of individual policy benefits and facilitating all phases of activities by closely tracking timelines and events. Attention to detail is critical in this position.
The ideal candidate for this opening must possess the ability to ensure a positive relocation experience for transferees by managing all service deliverables and communication with external and internal customers. He or she will be required to support data integrity by entering all key relocation-related information in our operating system and acting as the liaison for each transferee for exception approvals while tracking the same.
The Senior Relocation Consultant serves as the single point of coordination for transferees and are the relocating families’ advocates throughout the process. InterLink utilizes a workload-based staffing model, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the client’s operational needs and regularly monitoring of workload dynamics. This staffing model demonstrates a commitment to adjusting staffing levels and processes as necessary. This model ensures that all InterLink employees have enough time to complete their work while promoting efficiency, reducing burnout, and enhancing overall organizational performance.
The Senior Relocation Consultant must manage activities performed by relocation supplier partners, such as real estate agents, van lines, and mortgage providers. The Senior Relocation Consultant reviews, audits, and approves transferee and vendor expenses and related benefits according to the Client’s policy.
Must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the Employee Relocation/Global Mobility industry.
