Program Design and Policy Development

Establishing competitive and cost-effective mobility policies and processes are central to establishing a domestic relocation or global mobility program. With InterLink’s team of passionate mobility experts, we design policies that offer established benefits while reflecting the Client’s company philosophy, culture, and current market conditions. Regardless of the size or scope, we draw upon our in-depth expertise to provide innovative and cost-effective options.

Initially, InterLink will review the Client’s current policy and past experiences, and makes recommendations based on the current mobility environment. Review and policy refinement is conducted based on the competitive landscape, change in market conditions, or laws that may impact the relocation process.

InterLink designs and develops domestic relocation programs and solutions that address a diversity of human resource issues by becoming an extension of your Human Resources team.

Additionally, GlobalLink’s Cost Estimator and Lump Sum Calculator are intuitive, efficient, and accurate…we can give you tools that you will need and use.

We provide system demonstrations and include detailed instructions on how to access and utilize the portal. InterLink provides the convenience of initiating a relocation or global mobility service with a simple online form and click.

InterLink’s comprehensive software solution, GlobalLink® tracks domestic and global assignments and relocations, including all associated expenses and data. With real-time and accurate reporting capabilities, your HR and mobility leaders have access to customizable dashboards and reports in multiple formats. The GlobalLink® cloud-based software securely centralizes data via an SSL socket-secure platform and seamlessly integrates with any accounting or HR system. It is scalable, securely hosted, and protected with the latest security software. GlobalLink® has extensive processes in place to ensure data security and data privacy legislation compliance.

Our GlobalLink® web portal is customized for your Company and Employee utilization, including expense report submissions, information, and management reports.
