Qualifying Criteria

Supplier affiliations are based on their performance and ability to meet our service metrics including cost management. Membership in our preferred broker network is based on performance, with no exclusive commitment to using simply because of InterLink affiliation.
All suppliers have legally binding executed agreements including contracts, work orders, or other agreements.
The selection process for all supplier types is based on foundational supplier characteristics and requirements as managed through our supplier governance model. This model summarized below allows InterLink Relocation Resources to effectively manage, monitor, and mentor suppliers with consistency and clear expectations, resulting in the best value provided to our clients.
From real estate agents and appraisers to title, equity, and closing or to transportation providers, DSP services, or Tax support, a deliberate set of repeatable steps is followed to identify potential providers, vet the prospects through the due diligence process, evaluate them, and make final selections. The selection and use of the appropriate supplier, determined by employee-specific needs, geographic area, and previous performance of the supplier in that area will improve both the employee experience while impacting the bottom line.

Supply Chain Management

Through a system of supply chain governance, we work with each supplier to:
Manage – Identity, qualify, select, and transition suppliers, set performance standards, conduct supplier reviews, negotiate supplier pricing and contracts, and structure relationships monitor – Scrutinize and measure supplier performance, administer risk, and reward programs utilizing reporting
With our process of carrier selection with ongoing performance reviews, our clients have recognized reduced claims frequency and severity. This results in less time and frustration by the employee having to give up time from the workplace through a claim resolution process, equating to more productivity by the employee.
