This annual gathering of mobility professionals, service partners, and corporate relocation leaders once again proved to be a high-impact day of knowledge sharing, networking, and community support. With timely topics, expert insights, and a shared passion for excellence in mobility, MARC continues to be one of the most collaborative and future-focused events in our industry.

Conference Highlights: Navigating What’s Next in Global Mobility

This year’s sessions tackled some of the most pressing and forward-looking issues shaping the relocation landscape:

• State of the Union: Experts delivered critical updates and future forecasts across four key sectors impacted by the recent election—Real Estate, Shipping & Logistics, Tax, and Immigration. Each area has seen continued shifts, and our ability to stay informed and adaptable is more important than ever.
• Future Proofing Global Mobility: AIRINC presented results from their 2025 Mobility Outlook Survey, offering a data-driven look at how organizations are preparing their mobility programs for long-term success. The focus on flexibility, employee experience, and smart policy design resonated deeply with attendees.
• Policy MARC Up: This session took a hands-on approach to policy design, inviting service providers to share real-world insights on common mobility benefits. It was a great reminder that collaboration between corporate teams and service partners is key to delivering value.
• Building Mobility Relationships: Perhaps the most personal of the sessions, this discussion focused on how we, as an industry, build trust and positive experiences through complex, often emotional transitions. As a company rooted in people-first service, this topic struck a chord with our InterLink team.

Supporting Future Leaders: The MARC Scholarship Program

One of the most meaningful aspects of the conference was celebrating the MARC Scholarship Program, now in its eleventh year. This initiative awards a $2,500 scholarship to a high school senior who has experienced relocation during their high school career. The recipient is selected based on academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and a thoughtful essay about the challenges and growth that come from relocating.

The scholarship is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Behind every relocation is a human story—often one of resilience, adaptation, and opportunity. At InterLink, we believe it’s our responsibility not only to support today’s mobile workforce but to invest in the next generation as well. InterLink congratulates this year’s winner, Anna Grace.
