InterLink Relocation Resources was proud to have representation at the Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC) Spring Conference, held April 23, 2026, in Nashville. The event brought together mobility professionals from across the industry for a highly engaging day of learning, collaboration, and forward-looking discussion.
Representing InterLink, Scott Addaman, Senior Vice President of Client Engagement and Success, participated alongside corporate mobility leaders, supplier partners, and industry experts to explore the trends and strategies shaping today’s relocation and global mobility programs.

Equally impactful was the discussion around adopting an “AI-First” mindset. As artificial intelligence continues to influence mobility program management, the conversation centered on how organizations can leverage technology to drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve the overall employee experience—without losing the human element that remains critical to successful relocations.
The session on communicating across cultures reinforced the importance of adaptability and awareness in a global workforce environment. As mobility programs expand across regions, the ability to effectively engage with diverse populations is essential to both employee satisfaction and program success.
Beyond structured sessions, the conference fostered meaningful peer-to-peer engagement. Industry updates spanning real estate, household goods, corporate housing, immigration, and tax provided a comprehensive view of the current landscape, while interactive corporate roundtable discussions enabled participants to exchange real-world challenges and solutions in a collaborative setting.
“The TRC Spring Conference is a strong example of how regional industry groups continue to drive meaningful dialogue,” Scott noted. “The combination of practical insights, open discussion, and shared experiences creates real value—not just for attendees, but ultimately for the clients and employees we support.”
In addition to industry content, the event highlighted the broader impact of the mobility community. From awarding scholarships to Tennessee students to supporting local youth programs through the Oasis Center, the conference underscored a shared commitment to giving back—an important reflection of the values that shape the industry.
The day concluded with a networking event in Nashville, providing an opportunity to further strengthen relationships across the mobility ecosystem in a more informal setting.
As mobility programs continue to evolve, InterLink remains committed to active participation in forums like TRC—ensuring our clients benefit from the latest insights, best practices, and a partner deeply connected to the industry.
