Some of the most valuable mobility insights come from candid conversations with industry peers—professionals navigating the same workforce challenges, evaluating similar policy decisions, and finding practical ways to strengthen their programs.
That is the purpose of the Relocation & Mobility Peer Group: to provide a collaborative forum where corporate relocation, global mobility, HR, talent, and immigration professionals can connect, exchange ideas, and learn from one another.
On July 21, 2026, the Florida Chapter convened virtually for a roundtable focused on Supporting a Workforce in Motion. Participants represented organizations and mobility programs of varying sizes, structures, industries, and geographic reach—bringing a valuable range of perspectives to the discussion.
The roundtable explored many of the issues currently influencing relocation and global mobility programs, including:
• Changing domestic and international relocation trends
• Repayment agreements and emerging legal considerations
• Pre-candidate consultations and the employee experience
• Lump sum, core-flex, and managed-cap policy approaches
• Cost-containment strategies that do not simply reduce benefits
• Cross-cultural training, family engagement, and location-specific onboarding
• The growing role of technology and artificial intelligence in mobility administration
The conversation went beyond high-level trends. Participants shared real-world experiences, compared program approaches, and discussed practical ideas for improving efficiency, managing costs, supporting employees, and preparing for what comes next.
The complete July 21 Florida Chapter Virtual Roundtable Recap Report is now available exclusively to corporate members of the Relocation & Mobility Peer Group on LinkedIn.
